About

Independent, which means nobody’s products have to come first.

Helping people work out their coverage since 2018, and the financial side since 2001.

The work started on the financial side in 2001, behind a bank counter, which is where you learn what people actually worry about when it comes to money. The insurance side started in 2018. Both halves turned out to be the same job: making a complicated decision understandable before somebody has to make it.

Independent means no single company’s products have to be put in front of you. Plans get compared across carriers, which is the only honest way to say that one actually fits.

Most people here arrived because someone sent them — a family member, a neighbor, a former client. That is the part worth knowing, and it is why 4.9 out of 5 across 86 Google reviews counts for more than any ad.

A lot of this happens in Spanish. Not a translated brochure — real conversations, applications and carrier phone calls, start to finish, so nothing gets lost on the way.

★★★★★

“Very professional and a kind man! Helped me so much, and got me the best services possible!!”

A straight answer

What this costs you: nothing.

The plan is the same price whether you enroll on your own or sit down with someone. The carrier pays the commission either way — so nothing is added to your premium for getting help, and there is no reason to steer you toward one plan over another.

  • No fee, at any point. Not for the first conversation, not for the enrollment, and not for the call to the carrier in March when something goes wrong.
  • You can ask one question and leave. Plenty of people do, and nobody chases them afterwards.
  • If the best answer is the plan you already have, that is what you will be told.
  • English or Spanish, start to finish — including the calls to the carrier and the paperwork.

There is one person behind this.

Coverage decisions touch your health, your money and your family, so they should start with someone listening rather than someone selling. What you are trying to solve comes first; what is available comes second.

You will always know what the next step is and what question to ask before you take it.

What happens after you reach out

You do not need to know what you want before you get in touch. Most people start with a question and work it out from there.

01

You say what is going on

A letter arrived, a birthday is coming, a premium changed, a job ended. One or two sentences is enough to start from.

02

You get it explained in plain language

What your options actually are, what each one costs you, and where the tradeoffs sit — against your own doctors, prescriptions and budget, not a generic example.

03

You decide, at your pace

If something fits, you are walked through it. If nothing does, you are told that too, and you still leave knowing more than you did.

What clients say

4.9 out of 5, across 86 reviews.

Most people who end up here were sent by someone who had already been through it themselves.

Who you’d be working with

“Gracias Neil por tu ayuda al escoger el plan correcto de Medicare, por el seguimiento para que todo esté bien, un servicio excelente!”

Start with whatever is on your mind.

You do not need a policy number, a form, or a decision made in advance. A sentence about your situation is enough to start from.
